Our History
Uzan Group of companies, is a multi national conglomerate of Turkish origin. Dating back to its establishment in 1960's by Kemal Uzan the patriarch. In 2003, the various family owned companies, comprising the Uzan Group were counted amongst the top three largest group of companies in Türkiye, with Kemal Uzan individually being in the top 100 Forbes Wealthiest List, and himself and his two sons, Cem Uzan and Hakan Uzan all, each individually being in the top 10 tax payers in the country.

The Controversy
In 2002, Cem Uzan the oldest son of Kemal Uzan decided to enter Turkish politics with the establishment of Genç Parti, which led to a series of events, creating a controversy with many false and untrue accusations.
The foundation of these accusations were politically motivated actions of the ruling party using the Turkish State against its main political rival at the time.

Today, certain actions of the SDIF have been brought in front of the Tribunal Judiciaire de Paris, and others litigation are being prepared and will be launched against various parties with in a overall strategy.
